Apollo Scriber Lake
Apollo Scriber Lake is an affordable housing project located in Lynnwood, WA. This is a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) with both the Light Rail and Rapid Bus Line within walking distance to the site. The site is also within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Fred Meyer, as well as schools and parks. 100% of the units will be targeted to households with 60% percent of AMI (Area Median Income). The project is designed as a 6-story building. Five stories of Type VA wood over One story of 1A construction.
The development is a 173-unit project geared towards families and individuals. 50 of the units (29%) are 2 bedrooms and 111 of the units are 1 bedroom (64%). The development will include a fitness center, reservable office space, dedicated package rooms, storage lockers, and a leasing office. The project will provide off-street parking for 63 parking spots, as well as electric vehicle charging stations, and secured bicycle storage.
Apollo Edmonds
A 255 unit affordable housing project near frequent transit and neighborhood amenities. Units include, studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. The building is designed with fiber optic connections in the units; allowing for high-speed internet connection. With more people working from home, the units have large windows, allowing for more natural night. In-unit finishes and amenities include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, high gloss European style cabinets, washers and dryers, spacious balconies and luxury vinyl flooring throughout.
North Seattle Apartments
Located 20 miles north of downtown Seattle, the apartment building provides modern design and amenities for today's consumer. A 200 unit apartment building with features such as roof top deck, bike storage, gym, and courtyard. 20% of the units are set as affordable housing.
West Seattle Townhouses
Designed by award winning architect Ryan Rhodes, these 24 townhouses are built with modern design and 4 Star Built Green standards. Equipped with rooftop decks, off street parking, and open living concept, these townhouses are designed to meet current needs of urban buyers.
Downtown Edmonds Townhouses
This project was located in the heart of the Edmonds Bowl. A four unit townhouse building with designer finishes. With little new construction in this area, we were excited to add to the existing neighborhood, but maintain the style with this northwest craftsman design.
