Apollo Edmonds
​

A 255 unit workforce housing project near frequent transit and neighborhood amenities. Units include, studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. The building is designed with fiber optic connections in the units; allowing for high-speed internet connection. With more people working from home, the units have large windows, allowing for more natural night. In-unit finishes and amenities include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, high gloss European style cabinets, washers and dryers, spacious balconies and luxury vinyl flooring throughout.

Apollo Bitter Lake

The mixed-use development is 385 units and consists of 3 live work units. Thirty percent of the units (118) are two, three and four bedroom units. The development will contain 3,221 square feet of commercial space, a fitness center, a courtyard, and a leasing office. Additionally, the project will contain various outdoor recreation areas, including a rooftop deck, outdoor courtyard, club room, and dog walk area. The project will provide garage parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and covered and secured bicycle storage.

​​The site is well-situated in the community consisting of mixed commercial and residential housing in close proximity to several shopping centers. Just south of the site you can find Amazon Fresh, Starbucks, Fitness Centers, Ross Dress for Less, and a multitude of dining options. Directly across Aurora Ave hosts a shopping center containing a Sprouts Supermarket, Home Goods, PetSmart, grocery, and many restaurants. Urgent care and retail opportunities are nearby. ​

North Seattle Apartments

Located 20 miles north of downtown Seattle, the apartment building provides modern design and amenities for today's consumer. A 200 unit apartment building with features such as roof top deck, bike storage, gym, and courtyard. 20% of the units are set as affordable housing.

This project was located in the heart of the Edmonds Bowl. A four unit townhouse building with designer finishes. With little new construction in this area, we were excited to add to the existing neighborhood, but maintain the style with this northwest craftsman design.
